تحترم شركة Infinite solution خصوصيتك. توضح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع تطبيق Odoo Community App البيانات ويستخدمها عند استخدامك للتطبيق على أندرويد أو iOS.
التطبيق عميل موبايل يربط جهازك بسيرفر أودو كميونيتي الخاص بك أو بجهة عملك. Infinite solution لا تشغّل سيرفر أودو نيابة عنك، ولا تملك بيانات عملك المخزّنة على ذلك السيرفر.
هذا التطبيق ليس منتجاً رسمياً من شركة Odoo S.A.
1. المسؤول عن البيانات
- على جهازك: Infinite solution تعالج بيانات الدخول المحفوظة محلياً لتشغيل التطبيق.
- على سيرفر أودو: مالك السيرفر (أنت أو شركتك) هو المسؤول عن بيانات العمل والمستخدمين.
- الإشعارات: خدمة Firebase Cloud Messaging من Google تُستخدم لإرسال الإشعارات.
2. البيانات التي نعالجها
بيانات تسجّل الدخول (لازمة لعمل التطبيق)
- رابط السيرفر وقاعدة البيانات واسم المستخدم أو البريد.
- جلسة الدخول، وتُحفظ على الجهاز باستخدام تخزين آمن.
- لا نخزّن كلمة المرور لدينا على خوادم Infinite solution.
معرّفات الجهاز
- رمز إشعارات Firebase لإرسال التنبيهات إلى جهازك.
بيانات اختيارية حسب الإذن والاستخدام
- الكاميرا والصور: لرفع مرفقات أو مسح الباركود داخل أودو.
- الملفات والمستندات: إذا اخترت رفع ملف.
- الموقع: فقط إذا منحت الإذن وطلبت صفحة أودو ذلك.
- الميكروفون: لتسجيل فيديو إذا تطلب الأمر.
- البصمة / Face ID: لفتح التطبيق على الجهاز فقط، ولا تُرسل إلى سيرفراتنا.
محتوى أودو (فواتير، مخزون، مستخدمين، مستندات) يبقى على سيرفر أودو الذي تتصل به.
3. كيف نستخدم البيانات
- تشغيل التطبيق وربطك بسيرفر أودو.
- حفظ جلستك لإعادة الدخول.
- إرسال إشعارات متعلقة بالحساب أو التحديثات.
- تحسين استقرار التطبيق وإصلاح الأعطال عند الحاجة.
لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات، ولا نبيعها، ولا نشاركها مع معلنين.
4. مع من تُشارك البيانات
- سيرفر أودو الذي تدخله: تُرسل إليه بيانات الدخول والمرفقات حسب استخدامك.
- Google Firebase: رمز الجهاز لإشعارات الدفع. تخضع لسياسة خصوصية Google.
- قد نكشف بيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
5. الأذونات
يمكنك رفض أي إذن غير ضروري لتسجيل الدخول. رفض الكاميرا أو الموقع أو الصور قد يمنع بعض وظائف أودو فقط.
6. الاحتفاظ والحذف
- بيانات الجلسة على الجهاز تُحذف عند تسجيل الخروج أو حذف التطبيق.
- لحذف حسابك أو بيانات العمل: اطلب ذلك من مسؤول سيرفر أودو.
- رمز الإشعارات يُحذف أو يتوقف عند إلغاء الإذن أو حذف التطبيق.
7. الأمان
نستخدم تخزيناً آمناً على الجهاز، ونشجّع الاتصال عبر HTTPS. بعض سيرفرات أودو قد تعمل عبر HTTP حسب إعداد مالك السيرفر. أمان بيانات العمل يعتمد أيضاً على إعداد ذلك السيرفر.
8. الأطفال
التطبيق مخصص للاستخدام التجاري وليس موجّهاً للأطفال دون 13 عاماً. لا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.
9. حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف لبيانات حساب أودو من مسؤول السيرفر. ولمسائل التطبيق نفسه تواصل معنا عبر البريد أدناه.
10. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة يوضح النسخة الحالية.

Privacy Policy

Infinite solution respects your privacy. This policy explains how Odoo Community App collects and uses information when you use the app on Android or iOS.
The app is a mobile client that connects your device to your own (or your employer’s) Odoo Community server. Infinite solution does not host your Odoo server and does not own the business data stored there.
This app is not an official product of Odoo S.A.
1. Who is responsible
- On your device: Infinite solution processes locally stored login data to run the app.
- On the Odoo server: the server owner (you or your company) is responsible for business and user data.
- Notifications: Google Firebase Cloud Messaging is used to deliver push notifications.
2. Data we process
Sign-in data (required)
- Server URL, database name, and username or email.
- Session information, stored on the device with secure storage.
- We do not store your password on Infinite solution servers.
Device identifiers
- A Firebase Cloud Messaging token so we can send notifications to your device.
Optional data, only with your permission
- Camera and photos: attachments or barcode scanning inside Odoo.
- Files and documents: if you choose to upload a file.
- Location: only if you allow it and an Odoo page requests it.
- Microphone: if video recording is needed.
- Fingerprint / Face ID: used only on the device to unlock the app; it is not sent to our servers.
Odoo business content (invoices, inventory, users, documents) stays on the Odoo server you connect to.
3. How we use data
- To operate the app and connect you to your Odoo server.
- To keep your session so you can sign in again.
- To send account or update notifications.
- To improve stability and fix issues when needed.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers.
4. Sharing
- The Odoo server you enter: receives login data and attachments according to your use.
- Google Firebase: receives a device token for push notifications, under Google’s privacy policy.
- We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Permissions
You can refuse any permission that is not required to sign in. Refusing camera, location, or photos only limits related Odoo features.
6. Retention and deletion
- Local session data is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.
- To delete your account or business data, ask your Odoo server administrator.
- The notification token is removed or stops working if you disable notifications or uninstall the app.
7. Security
We use on-device secure storage and encourage HTTPS connections. Some Odoo servers may use HTTP depending on the server owner’s setup. The security of business data also depends on that server.
8. Children
The app is for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of Odoo account data from the server administrator. For questions about the app itself, contact us below.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
